Submitting An Abstract

Step #1: Pick Your Topics

Determine your topics and preferred tracks. Double check the conference dates and decide which day(s) you can attend.

Step #2: Submit Your Abstract

Submit your complete abstracts including a thorough overview of your preferred topic. This is critical to help us understand where we can include your session on the agenda

Step #3: We'll be in Touch

We'll review all submissions, and then start reaching out as we prepare the agenda. As long as you've submitted the form, we have your details and will contact you with any follow up requests.

Please Note: You only need to submit one form! Sending in multiple forms does not increase the likelihood of selection. We prefer to accept all faculty requests via the abstract submission. If you send information regarding preferred sessions via DM, email or text, we cannot guarantee your information will be considered as we work exclusively from the submission list. If you are a returning faculty member, you must still submit an abstract in order to be considered.

Spots are limited. Submission window closes on 12/31/25.
